I really enjoyed the hotel overall. Had an awesome 1 night-stay from the moment I checked-in. The staff was competent, great services. I could see city from the window of the queen room. The breakfast had plenty of selection, the food was fab. The location was best possible, you can visit Louis Tussaud's Waxworks by walking.
The bed in my room was uncomfortable.

The room was big with a fireplace as well as jacuzzi, thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The location of the hotel was great - around 10-15 minutes walk from a bustling street.
Well, no breakfast.

Everything
Being ignored at first at The Keg, but that's not really the Marriotts fault

Location, In room large jacuzzi, on site restaurant
Bed was horrible (very hard), small worn out pillows, terrible extras ie soaps, shampoo, cups, etc nothing special. Price was higher than total on bookit.com............ I would not stay there again d/t price difference. Was nothing special and not worth the price for sure.

newly renovated floor, convenient location, indoor and outdoor pools
Paid a fortune for a junior presidential suite that offered little value!!! Cleanliness needs addressing, with questionable bedding and missing towels!!! Consider adding toiletries to enhance guest experience!!! Truly disappointing for a supposedly premium offering!!!

Location was great.
Could not get the heating/cooling system to operate properly the first night of our stay. By the second night it was working. One of the reasons we had booked this hotel was it's proximity to The Keg . Unfortunately it was closed for renovations. Although the hotel had no control over this it would have been nice to know it was closed before we booked. If there is someway to included this kind of information on the website it would be helpful.

The size of the room was great.
There is only one mirror in the whole suite, over the sink. I was promised two connecting rooms and was told on arrival that was impossible and no one would have told me that. I didn't make it up, it was the reason I chose that hotel over others. Front staff had attitude I didn't appreciate, making it my fault, or central booking or something else.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to attractions and some great dining options. Our junior presidential suite was nicely renovated with modern amenities, like usb plugs. The breakfast buffet at the keg was a great addition, too. Definitely felt valued as guests!
totally recommend

The staff was very friendly.
The bottom sheet did not fit the bed for the first two nights. I asked for it to be replaced the third night and it was. There was no complimentary breakfast.

I rate the location excellent!
Over priced room! NO morning coffee out for guest in lobby, if you wanted coffee you have to buy it somewhere or make it in your room! Also, although they own the parking lot the guest have to pay extra to park there. This is really about greed, you will pay big for the room and then they will continue to charge you for EVERY extra they can, including coffee, parking, over priced breakfast buffet, and the bottle of water in your room you will pay $4.00 for if you open it.

Recommend it for families looking for a good time
We had a room that was large and super clean, perfect for the family. The service at the front desk was great, friendly enough that you'd think they cared about us, and even helped with our luggage. They paid attention, knew exactly what we needed and it reminded me of they were on our side. Which is not something you find everywhere.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but you know sometimes you pay for quality, right?
